This is part of the story that Republicans and Democrats in Tennessee are trying to keep a lid on. [MENTION=3169]Anti Federalist[/MENTION], this documentation of what I was telling you about. I can't divulge my inside source on this, but that source pointed me to information in the public domain. There were multiple allegations of child sexual abuse at the Covenant School that never resulted in any convictions. [MENTION=991]Matt Collins[/MENTION], could this be why Governor Lee and Former Senator Frist are caving on gun control? Easier to give the libs what they want rather than addressing possible child sexual abuse among religious conservatives?
What I can say for certain:
1) The allegations involve both the Covenant Church and the Covenant School.
2) A blog raising the question about whether Audrey Hale was molested pointed to a courthouse news story of a lawsuit around the Covenant Church and school covering up for a "confessed child molester" who got off on a statute of limitations technicality and went on to be a co-author with Mike Huckabee.
3) The shooting victims' family members have been the ones ffighting against the full release of the shooter's manifesto.
4) Here is a blog article from April, 2023, a month after the shooting, accusing Nashville PD of covering up for pedophile John Perry.

So...that's why Republicans are keeping the manifesto hidden, beyond leaking the "woke" parts of Audrey Hale hating rich white kids and calling them f@gs despite being part of the rainbow tribe. Why are Democrats going along with the cover up? From what I've heard they don't like the idea of gender dysphoria being linked to having been molested. But that makes sense. Body dysphoria in general is linked to being molested. Not everyone with body dysphoria is a molestation victim, but it makes sense that some would be. If your abuser was into little girls then maybe you'd want to not look like a girl as a protective measure. I've known women to gain weight so as to not be attractive to the men that were coming after them. Another reason seems to be that groups can get political mileage out of making this about guns or "trans visibility" or anything other than this is a woman who got screwed up in the head by being screwed literally by a pedophile. Then there's the "We don't want to speak ill of the dead people who can't defend themselves" argument. Frankly I don't care about that. According to the Bible "The living know that they shall die but the dead know not anything." I thought the #metoo movement was all about letting alleged victims "speak their truth." Well let Audrey Hale "speak hers" through her manifesto. I agree with the blogger who said "Even if she was a molestation victim she was still a piece of shyt." But at the same time, fixing problems in society sometimes requires hearing out "pieces of shyt." Audrey shouldn't have killed little kids to point out that child molestation was being covered up. Chris Dorner shouldn't have killed relatives of police officers to point out police brutality being covered up. But the evil that was being covered up still needs to be addressed.
