My theory on this is that because Hillary and Bill are not the same person they don't blame Hillary for Bill's sins. I don't think they have video of Bill saying things like this though otherwise they would have attack ads up. I mean the fact that there isn't any attack ads put up underlines that when people attack Hillary for stuff her husband did it makes her look better, there is some sort of backfire effect.
