He's beaten and bloody because he was NON-Compliant with the officer's legal commands. They don't know if he's a wanted criminal and he LEGALLY must make a citizenship declaration... which he didn't. Taze him, drag him out, and put him in jail.

What happened to this man is absolutely disgusting. By going straight to a Youtube with his story was his best defense! This video should be go viral.

In New Hampshire there is an emergency number where citizens (Free Staters) can call immediately when they are being harassed by law enforcement, maybe there should be a nationwide emergency hot line for all citizens.

If there was nothing to hide why not just let them quickly do their search and be done with it? Car inspection just takes takes minutes to do, after that he would have been on his way.

If you get pulled over by a cop and he wants to search your car do you think he's not going to get what he wants? In the end you save your self so much time and trouble just by letting him do it. If someones got a chip on their shoulder and is eager to provoke and piss off the police then they're just asking for trouble. I kiss cops asses and it's gotten me out of tickets and a lot of other legal issues. Sadly that's how the world works, and how it works everywhere else in the world when it comes to the police. That's probably the biggest reason dick heads become cops too, so they can have an element of control over other people.

The reason this thread was even created is because past Americans didn't stand up for our rights. If we all take your approach today, then in 2 decades people will be makings posts/videos because cops are holding people down on the side of the road while they draw blood out of their arm.

Look at these new airport scanners. You want some scumbag TSA agents looking at your wife practically butt-naked? Right now walking through the naked-scanner is optional. But if we all take your approach and not fight it, it will become mandatory.

This is kind of one of the reasons I don't really post here a whole lot anymore, common sense has been replaced with this paranoia.

No one is going to look at me wife naked and no one is going to lay hands on me because I have a enough common sense to respect law enforcement and not provoke them.

Then again, in 3 minutes this guy's car could have been inspected and that would have been the end of it.

Don't let other people's opinions put you off. You are entitled to your own perspective and way of dealing with law enforcement. I have a lot of unpopular opinions as well. I've been attacked on this thread for advocating for the BP.

From days of Romans to modern Korea, Japan, Vietnam and (occupied) China it has happened everywhere. When there is a totalitarian govt. in power with a military/police type governance women have been the worst sufferers.

Well, one of us lacks common sense, and it's not me. Type in "airport scanner" into Google Images. I typed in "airport scanner" just now into Google News. The very first link that came up is of a Utah Congressman introducing a bill to ban these scanners. He labeled them "TSA Porn."

- everyone takes off shoes, some get a pat down.

- all take off shoes, and all either get a pat down OR go through naked scanner.

- everyone goes through naked scanner.
then
- naked scanner technology improves.


Fight for our rights or lose them dude. Choice is yours. Myself, there is no way that some TSA thugs are going to look at my woman practically naked OR pat us down like we're criminals.
