Doesn't change the fact that his rights were violated and the DHS is out of control. This is a deflection from the truly important issue. The guy could be a complete scumbag, but he still has rights. Anyone could have been in his shoes. He's not a scumbag because he chose, in that instant, to exercise his rights.
