The man was tazered and still standing!? I find that extremely hard to believe. I've been tazered before, you have no control over your body when the charge is applied. You literally feel like you're on fire and your whole body spasms. I've even seen a 6'7" guy that weighs over 350lb. of solid mass get tazered and drop like a stone in water.
Sounds more like police with anger issues confronting another person with social issues. From what I can tell of this guy he was merely never challenged enough to find stability in life.
Actually, solid muscle works against you when tasered. Muscle is very electrically conductive. Muscle operates through ion charges after all. Fat however is naturally insulative and not electrically conductive. The most accurate way to measure body fat is to run a charge through the longest axis of a person, usually from the tip of the right middle finger to the tip of the left big toe. The more resistance and lost amperage = more body-fat. Fat people can more adequately resist tasers as their fat acts to absorb and disperse the electrical charge.
