What happens when we shrug?
I know more than a few, myself included, that have had enough of the stress, the danger, the long night hours and all the rest, working in vital industries, that have walked away, Gone Galt, and will no longer contribute their blood, sweat and efforts towards a society that despises them, even though their efforts are critical to keeping that society and those people
alive.
I'll answer my own question: as the pool of competent men, yes, mostly white, dwindles, the remaining ones are worked ever harder and tasked with even greater demands.
We're talking about trains here? The national Level I railroads (That's the big boys, UP, NSX, CSX and so on) have been pushing to reduce manning to one. One man, to watch over, operate, check and monitor for safety compliance over a consist of cars and up to six locomotives that could be as much as three
miles long. On a ship, we're are required that, even with a fully automated engine room, a walk through and watch must be performed every six hours and every thirty minutes in critical spaces like the engine room. How can a one man crew even check the head locos, never mind the DPUs a mile behind them?
That's when shit starts to fall apart.
That's when 20,000 tons of steel highballing at 70 mph jumps the rails because of an undetected equipment failure.
That's when vital farms and facilities in the food chain blow up, or catch fire, or contaminate a million people's food, because of undetected contamination or lack of maintenance.
That's when servers and software that's supposed to be checked and tested on a regular basis, isn't, and the entire air traffic grid shuts down because of a computer glitch.
That's when highway fatalities start to go up, in spite of all the safety features in new vehicles, as new and inexperienced diversity hires flood the trucking sector.
That's why near collisions and incursions on air traffic patterns start to increase.
That's why incidents of industrial and factory fires and explosions start rising, as overworked and incompetent staff start making mistakes.
That's why oil rigs blow up and kill a dozen men a spill a billion gallons of crude, as over worked drillers get hounded by global corporate representatives to cut corners and speed up the operation.
And look for more and more of this as The Great Replacement continues.
Life in this country is on track to devolve into third world shit hole-ism very shortly, in some places it already has, as the white people you mentioned, die off, drug out, give up or are replaced.
A country where nothing works right, nothing is on time, nothing can be trusted to be safe or effective, from food to aspirin.
South Africa was once a prospering first world nation, the only one in sub Saharan Africa.
After thirty years of reparations and Marxist "reforms" and Bolshevik "race equity" schemes, the nation is falling apart, and can not even keep the power on reliably.
