Video update - Judge Napolitano on The Daily Show 1/10/12

His enthusiasm is a great example for all of us. I want to be a sullen cynic because the CFR-banking-military conspiracy has taken control of our country... Props to Judge for keeping people like me afloat.

All that link gives me is a lot of buffering and then a pop-up at the end saying "Replay". I'm using FireFox and that happens quite often. Sometimes I get an advertisment and then a lot of buffering and then the pop-up saying "Replay".

I thought he did great. And I think that Stewart's "I'm not fully convinced yet" attitude applies to a whole lot of Paul-friendly liberals and moderates. (It even somewhat applies to me, in that I think he didn't properly address it initially, and needs to realize that he's now on a different stage altogether, and might benefit from addressing it one last time. Maybe after locking up the GOP nomination but before going after Obama.)

I think the Judge should have tried to pull him over. For example, he could have said to Stewart that Paul would have actually closed Guantanamo instead of lying like the President. Or he could have something along the lines that Dr. Paul would never have entered these unconstitutional wars in all of these different countries that Obama did without bothering to ask the Congress for permission.

I have a similar issue w/Opera. I can never get Daily Show vids to load even after disabling all my extensions.

It's fine to be enthusiastic; the judge is over-the-top, bombastic, and borderline obnoxious. It pains me to say that because I agree with just about everything he says, but I think he tends to get carried away.
