He really desires a government position. It's kind of creepy. I much prefer citizen legislatures, people who have had successful careers (Rand Paul and Thomas Massie) outside of the government, and consider it their duty to go serve and then come home.Yah, I wonder what his angle is.
If I knew him personally I might be inclined to say the same thing about him, but I don't. Therefore the only thing we can go on are his actions during the campaign which indicates his character, and the things he said / did in 2010 do not illuminate him in a good light.It's called Trey is a legit nice guy.

Not sure which race you were watching.I was thinking the exact opposite. I think Trey comes across as a really likable and friendly guy. He seems very genuine. He did back during the Senate race too.
I didn't know Massie was on the front page of the NYTimes. I can't believe no one posted that here. Anyone have a link?
