Regardless, he did NOT secure the nomination and he will NOT be on the ballot.
If Ron Paul does not secure the Republican Party nomination, HE will not be on the ballot.
Gary Johnson WILL be on the ballot (bearing in mind that Ron Paul could EASILY have secured the Libertarian Party nomination but elected to remain in the Republican fold).
Just like Johnson, Ron Paul will get votes in all 50 States of the Union. I would be willing to bet that Ron Paul will get more write-in votes than Gary Johnson can get by being on the ballot. Time will tell. Gary should have endorsed Ron Paul and ran for Senate in New Mexico if he truly believes in freedom.
