[Video] Ron Paul on TheBlaze TV w/ Glenn Beck 10/22 - FULL INTERVIEW ADDED

Well, this should be interesting. I'm not a subscriber and I don't intend to become one anytime soon....I hope one of the Beck fans here will tube this for the rest of us.

Gotta give Ron props on going into enemy territory and striking up a dialogue. Could be a teachable moment for the Beck sheep.

I'm thumbs downing this thread for the use of the word beck and glenn. It's like using a double negative. Unnecessary.

Two of the liberty movement's greatest heroes will finally unite, only on The Blaze.

Hopefully Glenn and Ron discuss how awesome Rand is.

Ron on Becks show?...hmmm...Beck needs the ratings that badly?...

kickem' in the balls for me Ron.

Could be good, could be bad. Just depends on who Beck wants to pander to.

Glenn panders to TEA-O-CONS, because as we all know, the Liberty Wing needs these supporters to move the agenda of Liberty........right?

Yes, believing in standing armies or not viewing every servicemen as a homicidal killer is bad bad bad. They are extremes on both ends. For every slight on the teo-o-cons I can poke numerous holes in the code of the so-called true believers.

im not looking forward to this but ron just might go off on beck now that he isnt in office. ron seems more upfront now (if thats even possible lol). whoop em ron!!

This could be an excellent opportunity to talk about his educational curriculum to a bloc of people who have no love for socialized education. I think it could be very positive. Perhaps Mr. Beck will give Dr. Paul more than a 10 minute segment and not talk over him for more than half the time. You don't teach to lost souls and not venture far from the front pews.

How is poking at a person's morality with you own immorality a poke at holes?

For every so-called teo-o-con who has a blind spot for American exceptionalism, there is a libertarian purist that thinks that community and species knowledge should be eschewed. Both have much to learn to from each other. That's the irony when the name calling ensues. The libertarian is overwhelmed & almost blinded by self, while the the mainstream conservative has become too comfortable with machinations of the state in the name of national defense. The answer is neither one nor the other. Absolute security nor absolute 'liberty'.

i'm not much for dichotomies, so please excuse this one instance.
either an act is moral, or it is not.
if someone chooses to act morally in all actions- i don't see there being any holes.
and to give up 1% of the principle is to give up the entire principle (paraphrased from ron paul)
with that in mind, it is immoral to take money from people by force.
any activity that is paid for by the money procured in this manner would also be immoral. it would be paid for by 'blood money'
if a standing army was voluntary, and funded voluntarily- you could make a case for it.
in fact, some believe the militia to be the standing army of local people who get together at times of need to protect their homes collectively.
