There was no intro to it, or closing comments after. They only allowed a second or so for applause, then Waddle McConnell got up on stage to bash Obama some more.

Lots of cheering, chants for Ron Paul; everything quickly subsided when Mitch McConnell spoke. And by subsided, I mean everyone either whipped out their smartphone and started playing solitaire, went to the bathroom, grabbed a bite to eat, or fell asleep.

Nothing like a laugh after watching that ... it only made me sad, very, very sad to see this from them after the fact, after the deplorable treatment of him.

PS - I still despise the GOP and will NEVER forget all their dirty tricks at all our country's state conventions and in Tampa.

Also, a final note, Ron Paul accomplished a LOT, but he couldn't save them from themselves.

tribute is from 8:30 to 12:30, basically there was no introduction and they brought out Mitch immediately after the video ended
