[Video] Rand Paul on Fox News Special Report w/ Bret Baier 3/6/15

Not bad.

Of course they had to insert some guy that said that Rand is "mysterious" and that people don't trust him. Standard propaganda move.

17% flat tax is his tax plan? Has that been announced?

I believe this is the first public mention of it. Why, just this afternoon I was worrying about whether Rand would give us the details in time for us to incorporate them into moneybomb promotion - problem solved.

Anyway, I thought it was a pretty solid interview. He's at his best in this one-on-one format. The economic policy looks good. The foreign policy looks pretty good (needs to come up with something a little more compelling and forward looking than just protecting the consulates - despite it's value as a segue into attacking Hillary over Benghazi). The answer on gay marriage needs a little work - perfectly reasonable in substance but a little wonkish for the public to digest (contracts between adults = confused people; talk about insurance and inheritance or whatever concrete issues there are).

Bret said "non-interventionalist," by the way, which I assume was intentional to confuse the audience...and then he gleefully reported that none of the neocon whores on the panel bet on Rand in their show-ly betting farce. But, for the most part, it was a fairly friendly interview. The MSM is still going to be biased against Rand, but they're not going to be as blatant about it as they were with Ron.

All part of the agenda. Give him a chance to talk, and then spend the rest of the show saying he doesn't have a chance.

Guess that's old news. Thought there was some new plan in the works.

There is. If you listen closely to that part of his CPAC speech he said he'd be proposing the largest tax cut in history and something that would get rid of or neutralize the IRS. Those two criteria narrow it down to a flat or fair tax. Flat tax is easier for the voting public to understand, so it seemed the logical choice.

But he also said he would be proposing it in the new few weeks. It should definitely be in time for the moneybomb.

Rand Paul 2016 !!
I do wish though the would suppport the end of the IRS as we know it .
Cut the Dept of Commerce, maybe a good idea,
Close DHS, TSA, NSA, FEMA.
We have FBI, CIA, National Gaurd, US Military, they should suffice, we don't need the redundancy of DHS, etc, and they do absolutley nothing regarding protecting our borders, they weren't designed to, they were put in place to snoop on people like you and me that love this counry and the great Freedom and Constitution it was founded on.

I would like to see his tax plan, did he post it yet ?

Not sure how a flat tax culls the IRS , lets say by an anticipated 89% in my 'imagination' , that would be neutralizing...

Even if Rand wins the nomination and election and then back pedals on half of what he stands for, it will be a heck of a lot better for America
than the 99% lies we got from the Muslim Terrorist we know have.

The moneybomb could be perfectly timed especially if Rand announces the week before as was speculated in that New York Times article
