probably since the interview was multiple segments it had commercials which they didn't cut out. I would guess the copyright violation is from some audio or video in the commercials which got automatically detected by google.

Wow, that copyright claim is a bit embarrassing. If it was really because of a commercial not being edited out that should have been, we don't want something sloppy like that happening during the campaign. Better fix it and make sure it never happens again
