[Video] Rand Paul discusses Benghazi and possible gun running on Fox News 6/9/13

Wow this good, Republican leadership say the weapons transfers are CLASSIFIED

Is anyone keeping a scandal spreadsheet? I'm losing track of all of em.

The gunrunning story has been circulating for a while. If it turns out to be true, what laws were violated there?

There are probably various laws on the books that it violates. Everything can be considered criminal pretty much as long as the will is there. Things like aiding an enemy and associated force of Al Qeada. Technically that can be considered treason punishable by death if the CIA agents are doing that.

I'm wondering if there are any specific ones pertaining to weapons sales like this? I guess it might fall under "arming known terrorist groups."
i hope our country can survive long enough to get herr Obama out of office.

Constitutionally, those offenses and treason are only punishable by death in times of declared war. Since the US has not declared war as per the constitution, they can't have their cake and eat it too, by executing people for war time crimes.

Laws?

Right:rolleyes:

Until a Justice system replaces the "Just-Us" system laws only apply to those who oppose the current administration..

Was this the Fox News Sunday interview?

Prosecuting attorney Chris Wallace grilled Rand today. Quoted Lindsey Graham for good measure.

Wow. So after Rand is gone, they bring on two guests to contradict Rand.

The Ministry of Truth is at it again.

The executive have been saying for a decade that the authorization of force passed by both Houses amounts to a declaration of War. Granted it's untested in court but they could with that reasoning be charged for treason offenses. I am sure there are also more laws they can be stuck with like dealing with a proscribed or associated force of a proscribed terror organization which al Nusra is under State dept's own list.
