[Video] Olbermann interview with Lauren Valle

Personally, I'm not panicked by the incident. The only reason I'm interested is because so many people here are defending the "stompers" actions.

the stomp was obviously wrong. everything else was ok.

i wouldn't condemn the person who did that. i value his attempt to protect Rand more than i'm disappointed by the the stomp which fortunately didn't cause her any serious or lasting damage. he regretted it and apologized.

i dunno man... the guy on the ground had her controlled. was the stomper too lazy to get his ass on the ground? im not standing up for her by any means but its one thing to constrain a person and another to deliberately use your foot forcefully. by the looks of it she could have popped a shoulder out.

in conclusion. that is exactly what she wanted to happen. and rand supporters gave it to her, going against everything we stand for.

as for the wig and red hoodie.... she wanted to look suspicious. though in peoples defense if someone is trying to get to a figure like rand in a hurry, you never know what their intent is. theyll classify it as her trying to "hold her sign up" even though an employee of the month award is usually given to the awardee lol.

they just as easily could have constrained her while standing, unless those supporters are really out of shape?

Yep. The apology was a good thing, I'm okay with everything else aside from the stomping too.

My point is simply that it's not going to sway any votes. That's all that matters.

Holy crap! (Notice I didn't say "holy sweet Jesus!") We agree on something--there is hope after all!
