OK, there should be a NAU 201 video. 101 doesn't really explain the NAU == fewer rights equation.

Not that I'm for it, but I just don't have a clear picture as to how this equation works or the reasoning behind it. We're already governed by a self serving group of bureaucrats. How does adding one more layer of the same BS change anything?

Again, I'm not saying it doesn't change anything, I'm saying it needs to be explained in a logical manner.
