Video: Little Punk gets Lesson in Civil Liberties

OMG If that isn't just disgusting.
What attitude were they talking about?! He seemed the most rational one of the lot... and at only 17.
How pathetic. Is there a place online to watch and comment on this by any chance?

If he's 17 and these cops have somewhere more important to be, couldn't they just drive him to his house?

you gotta be fucking kidding me. they put their fucking hands on him without speaking to him, of course he responded angrily.

Fucking youtube, keeps throwing "An error occured.." at me all the time. Why cant they fix it?

That's just stupid. I am glad I have never had to deal with a cop in that sense at that age, as I was a little short tempered and wouldn't have just told him to not "effing touch me".

Is this program a joke in the UK, or is it watched in a serious manner? It seems ironic to me that the music in the background during the "arrest" was "Party Hard" by Andrew WK.

Because the UK police have been politicised and turned into fascist bureaucratic busybodies who cruise public places looking to create crime; the government has done such a good job of criminalising the public, that the police come up with excuses like "who knows what damage you'd do if we left you out of a cell".

It seems to me to be the UK version of "cops" or that show on true TV (formerly court tv) "beach cops"... you know?

BTW, did anyone see the mad tv skit about the UK version of cops? HILARIOUS

::naughty blokes naughty blokes whatcha gone do?::

Looks pretty cut and dry to me.
These two wanker bobs see an easy mark to take down which will likely take up a quarter of their shift due to paper work. If they can find a few more easy marks like this youngin' tonight they may not have to deal with any real trouble at all.
Easy work.

His partner spotted him damaging private property. They didn't have to talk to him at all...So quick to play victim

And did the property owner complain? For all the cops know it could have been the kid's own property!

No, this is not a joke. This scene is suppose to be showing the cops in a good light, and most people in the UK will probably see it that way too.
