I would have followed up with the following question:

"This is a major move by your campaign attorney. Should we be concerned that you say you're not even aware of what your staff is doing? It seems to me that would either make you a grossly incompetent manager, or, much more likely the case, you are completely aware of these activities and just lied to me. Which is it?"

And not every reporter would come out and say the campaign gave him conditions, and if they did, they'd definitely not say what those conditions were.

Yep, I was laughing out loud at the fact that Swann just skipped right over the rest of the interview, as if the other questions he asked were just decoys.

I know he's going to show the rest of the interview on future nights, but it made that first segment hilarious to watch.
