(vid.) Ann Coulter defends Sarah Palin's defense of Rand Paul

That was great, Danno. To many on the Left, the only thing thing America stands for is some abstract of "equality," "fairness," and "social justice" that must be enforced at all costs. You really skewered him.

I kinda respect Noam Chomsky, too, since he actually has something intelligent to say, even though I disagree with him.

So.... is anyone gonna post a vid defending Ann Counter's defense of Sara Palin's defense of Rand Paul? :P

She is probably the closest one that I like that supports a foreign policy that I detest, does that make sense:p

I kinda feel that same way. She's smart, funny, and charming. But at the same time, her foreign policy is awful and she shilled for Bush. If it's any comfort, Tom Woods used her book Treason as a reference for The Politically Incorrect Guide to American History.

Yeah, I commented on the main video, but I didn't post it here because of that lame 'well, I'm sure he won't be elected now' nonsense by that other woman, whosis.

Bill Press is on in my market from 5 to 8 am central. Until recently, he was pretty decent and informative to listen to. But all of a sudden when Rand Paul appeared onto the national stage, Press has turned into an asshole. All he does is complain what a kook Rand is, then switches to bitching about British Petroleum, then switches back to Rand. Frankly, it sounds like he is just reading DNC talking points, because what he says has no intellectual context and seems oblivious to the real facts.

Even more annoying is the Stephanie Miller show. She is on from 8 to 11 rights after Press. For the past year, she and her co-host have been implying or saying outright that anyone who disagrees with Obama, or supports the Tea Party, is a racist. This has been gettting really tiresome and obnoxious, but now she has added Rand Paul intot the mix. The show is constantly implying or saying outright that Rand is a racist and a kook. And Stephanie just had Ron Paul on a few weeks a go and was all giddy at how awesome Ron Paul was. She is a total fake and a DNC tool. Her show is owned by some giant coroporation and her role is to stir up partisan bickering for the two-party duopoly.

These are the same 'effin idiots who said Bush was the devil incarnate for doing little after Hurrican Katrina. The same idiots who complained about Bush's war for almost 8 years, but now say nothing about Obama's war. These shows are a total waste of time and get very low ratings even in liberal Dane County Wisconsin. The same idiots who want national health care, yet support Obamacare. Remember about the boy who called "wolf". These jerks have yelled racism so many times that I bet Rand Paul numbers are up to a 30% to 35% point lead, people are just sick of it!

btw - I listen to these shows because I monitor what is going on in the media, and there is nothing else for national news on the radio at the same time.

When I was a liberal, these things always bothered me. I never got along with other leftists. And when I read Bernard Goldberg's Bias, I completely agreed with him even though I remained a hardcore lefty after reading it. I used to be a pro-tax, pro-regulation, pro-choice, econazi, socialist health care, anti-gun, anti-American welfare statist, and yet, even then, I couldn't stand being around, talking with, or even associating with people who believed in the same things I did.

Of course, I turned around, and now I'm an anti-tax, anti-regulation, pro-life, family values, anti-war, anti-welfare, anti-Fed, free market, Constitution-loving conservative. And I don't have to associate with people I don't like. Of course, the occasional leftist won't share the ignorance of the mainstream (ex. Noam Chomsky and Dennis Kucinich), but it's pretty hard to find one that doesn't drive me crazy. It always has been, even when I believed in the same things they did. I'm glad I woke up and learned the truth about freedom.

I am so fed up with this crap. This guy says, "This is not a trick question," referring to the civil rights act stuff. His idea is that this is something that you do not oppose. In otherwords you cannot have an opinion about property rights. Even if you disagreed with something in the C.R.A. then you should just lie because it would be stupid to say otherwise. Then he goes on to say that he is kookier than his father. I am so sick of these people making the liberty argument seem crazy or stupid. I am not a spitful man but if I were their I think I would have had a few words to say.

"Do you support the Constitution?"..."this is not a trick question!"

Yeah, I think I understand Mr. Press' point. Douchebag.

Nobody in that position could, or does.

They are all deceiving each other.

The only thing that intellectually 'bonds' two individuals is the mutual belief individual liberty, whether both parties are conscious of it or not.
