Us supreme court schedules full conference to discuss nj citizen suit

that makes no sense

Couldn't POSSIBLY be true because US citizenship didnt even exist until the 14th.

Before that we had state citizenship, which usually noticed citizenship by inheritance.

Discussed in several threads already, citizenship by where you are born is based on serfdom, and makes you a subject. Under english law as found in the Magna Carta, freemen inherited their rights.

This is droll ignorance to keep repeating this.

not true...

Before the 14th ammendment naturalization and citizenship were handled under statute, very dangerous stuff...that would give and take what was given...thus the need to make it part of the US constitution...but that doesnt mean people werent US citizens.

he meant, there were no federal citizens prior to the 14th amendment.
everyone was a citizen of their state, not the federal government in d.c.

Electoral College scam: Where dead people vote! Lawyer challenging eligibility seeks investigation of process

http://worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=82585

I saw that earlier. Truely pathetic story.. while you might excuse sheer numbers with a hundred million voters voting, you can't keep fraudulent voters off the electorial college? The lawyer in the case is right on with how serious this is in that article.

I can see it now...

Obama is ruled unconstitutionally able to be President.
The provision at the end of the case that says McCain is ineligible as well kicks McCain out.
VP's can't be President since they didn't get any votes.
Huckabee, Romney, Gulianne, and Clinton all withdrew from the race so they are out.

Who's left!?!?! RON PAUL!! WOO HOO!

(Don't worry, I understand the chances of this happening are about 0%...)

They really do want to get rid of it...

'Natural-born' requirement called 'stupidest provision' Also 'discriminates, outdated, undemocratic and assumes birthplace a proxy for loyalty'

An associate lawyer in a Chicago-based firm whose partner served on a finance committee for then-Sen. Barack Obama has advocated for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born" citizen, calling the requirement "stupid" and asserting it discriminates, is outdated and undemocratic. The SCOTUS will not hear the case. The consequences would be disastrous - and they know it.
