I know the copy appears small, but its done in 11 and 12 point type, which is very generous size for easy reading.. keep in mind it appears small on the graphic - but I really like the wording. It hits on a lot of points... what do you all think?

Not bad, but the copy should read "Chairman" not "Chairmen."

but a lot of those have copyrights. Gage just requires credit for the pic, and if you ask him for the ad, he might say it is ok to not do that (don't know). But the one teacherone pulled out, which is one of my absolute favorites, I think is a Getty images picture.

Please use another pic. Ron looks so frail, so old, so tired here. The pic reminds me of the powerless Magneto in the final scene of X-Men: The Last Stand. I would turn the page before bothering to read the copy because the picture is that off-putting (at least to me).

To Uncle Freedom - I love any pic and I do have my favorites. That being said - I think the pics of Ron your photos shows him as looking too old. The only reason I
bring that up is because it's an issue. We've all heard it probably. We need to NOT have him look so old.
