Can anyone out there account for where the 31 votes went before they gave them to DRP? Has the overall total of votes gone up by 31 or did some other candidates number go down?

If we caught them cheating twice already, that means they were cheating all over the place. Alex Jones has an article at http://prisonplanet.com/articles/january2008/010908_not_counted.htm which says "Diebold voting machines also did Congressman Paul no favors last night - compared to hand counted ballots Giuliani gained just short of 0.5% from electronic voting whereas Paul lost over 2%, which was the difference between finishing 4th and 5th, as this graph documents."

We have to nip this in the bud now or it will only get worse!

Give it a rest. A recount is not going to put RP into even 3rd. Just focus on winning the other states and count this as an honest mistake or this will end up another case where RP supporters make him look bad.

We were polling VERY well in New Hampshire!

It's INSANE that we did not even get 10%! We must demand a recount!

I'd like an analysis from someone qualified on the statistical probability of this occurring.

why are we assuming that she's telling the truth and RP actually got 31 votes? you would absolutely expect them, when confronted, to say, "oops. you're right. we'll fix it." and then give him the number of votes that would put him at the statewide average. 32 votes would have put him at almost PRECISELY the statewide average. 31 puts him REALLY CLOSE.
