It is imperative that we request a recount so that they know were watching. Even if he only gets the 31 votes from Sutton from it, it shows were watching. And a quick question, are the Diebold machines realistically recountable? They have been shady from the very beginning.

I think this good person of Sutton is proceeding properly. I don't think we need to deluge the state, the county or the town--yet. The last thing we should do is aggrivate this person's perfectly understandable desire not to be the eye of a firestorm.

But, someone else suggested that only those in New Hampshire have a right to deal with this. I don't agree with that. We do have an interest in this, regardless of where it's located. This is for the president of a country, not the governor of NH.

Even if the votes don't matter enough to change RP's placement, they are still VOTES and they were still MISCOUNTED. This is a matter of principle.

Really no need for everyone else to call there, since the result has already been reported to the Secretary of State and the results at the Politico feed now are showing Paul's 31 votes in Sutton.

We need a SMALL group of NH volunteers to go county by county and confirm the vote totals. Politely.

And we do need a massive internet buzz over this to draw attention to the absolute need to NOT use electronic voting. Paper ballots counted by hand with independent observers documenting the count digitally.

Make sure to stress the Obama discrepancy as much as Paul's numbers. This will draw greater support for the cause.

This is the decision of this person. I would have my own concerns if it were me. If this turns out bigger than it already is, it could be a lot of trouble for this person, so they are trying to be careful. They are doing what they feel they CAN do right now. They are trying to talk to the campaign too. I think that is the best step for this person.

UPDATE to the UPDATE

I just spoke with this person and they have been thinking. There were 932 votes shown on Politico for Sutton last night. IF RP got 31 votes and it was a legitimate oversight, then the new vote total should be 963, but IF it is fraudulent, then those votes would have to have been absorbed in someone else's numbers. So let's think about this.
