It's either toady or on August 8th not exactly sure, waiting on confirmation from the Collins. I hope Rand does not wear a dress and did his neck stretches to the left. If he does not wear a dress and does wear a suit, I hope it's not tailored the way his father wears his so the bulky shoulders distract from his hair as it does his dad's eyebrows of wisdom/possibly fake surgically modified eyebrow hair piece.

Rand's campaign sent an email out one time, I think it was on election day in 2010 and said something like, "The Election is Toady!!" and so the forum turned it into a meme and an emoji for good luck since he won.
