Believe it or not, there are some people that actually support the random murder of people. It's strange. So people have no sense of in the moment justice vs. at some point justice. 10 years after the fact, is it OK to kill a person? To some people yes. It's also a common mindset of police, gangstas and terrorists.

There was an instance of this, where teens were tasering people, then kicking them into unconsciousness. They tried the wrong person and he shot one of their asses twice. I applauded.

Randomly sucker punching people has shown to be fatal in certain instances especially considering that a person has no chance whatsoever to break their fall. Whether these punks are caught after the fact and put in jail to consider their actions or whether the person they are attempting to violate, and/or possibly kill, shoots their ass on spot makes no never mind to me. In fact, I'd rather they start being shot on spot. That way, at least, people will consider possible consequences to their actions.

Believe it not, some people routinely exaggerate a position to the point of absurdity because they lack any semblance of skills for debate.

Those who support the death penalty, for instance, are deemed to support randomly murdering people. It does your argument no justice.

Attacking elderly people is now a hate crime? That sucks because in the future the majority of people will likely be elderly. If 1 elderly person attacks another, is it still a hate crime?

No. Only if the attack is against a protected group. That said, blacks can beat the hell out of whites of all ages and it isn't classified as a hate crime. But, if a white does it... HATE CRIME! The reality is that WHOMEVER is doing the beating should have charges thrown at them, unless of course it is self-defense. The whole hate crime thing is stupid and needless.
