The only way a Muslim should be allowed to immigrate to the United States is if they show exceptional ability on an aptitude test or if they pay a tremendous amount of money for the right. Sure if some billionaire Muslim Prince from Kuwait wants to make a trip to the USA, he will be allowed, he gets a pass.
