Trump Insider: Judge Andrew Napolitano is Trump's First Choice for Supreme Court

There are a few things I agree w/ what Trump SAYS:

1) Audit Federal Reserve

2) Foreign Policy is probably most libertarian I've heard from the right

3) Shutting down the Dept. of Education

Damn R3volution... You have to stop making so much sense...

A few of those claims could be characterized as hyperbole and outright misinformation, since ole Rev 3.0 lives to draw long fangs and bloody claws on Donald Trump to justify his own self-created impotency. But some of his criticisms are correct.

You want an accurate synopsis of Donald Trump's Pros and Cons? Well, that's what I'm here for. I have no agenda when describing Donald Trump. He is a flawed candidate, who is neither a constitutionalist or libertarian.

PROS

- DJT seeks to restore the lexicon of 'fair and free trade' without the onerous trade imbalances that the corporate class has saddled us with

- DJT would like to see regional powers solve geopolitical problems as opposed to the U.S. being the default Policeman of the World.

- DJT would like to reopen an investigation on the 911 attacks

- DJT believes that the U.S. should exercise it's sovereignty over the wishes of organizations like the WTO or UN

- DJT believes that Russia should be welcomed into the global community as opposed to being shunned

- DJT has made it abundantly clear that he does not want to increase military spending

- DJT desires no restrictions on the 2nd amendment; feels that elites shouldn't be only ones to enjoy the privilege of self defense.

- DJT is skeptical of vaccine mandates and the harm that successive injections may have on the immune systems of young children

- DJT is not an advocate for genetically modified food

- DJT does not believe that interest rate manipulation by the Federal Reserve benefits a large plurality of Americans

- DJT believes that the state dominated monopolies that define the health insurance industry should be eradicated

- DJT believes in lower individual and corporate taxes so as to lure jobs back to the U.S. He also wishes to eliminate the estate tax.

- DJT has vowed to eliminate government waste and eliminate departments if they are deemed unessential

- DJT believes that education should be returned to purview of the states.

- DJT believes that border security and enforcing existing immigration law is a national necessity

CONS

- DJT has no conceivable plan to combat the potential funding shortages in regard to S.S. and Medicare

- DJT does not oppose the growing powers of the NSA

- DJT supports the domestic police force to a fault

- DJT wishes to isolate parts of the internet that 'terrorists' utilize

- DJT believes in internment if necessary

- DJT has discussed taking natural resources in fictional conflict scenarios

- DJT does not recognize state authority in regard to federally managed lands

- DJT believes in a mandate of universal health coverage

- DJT has ridiculed the flying of the Confederate Flag

- DJT does not believe in the Citizens United decision

If Trump wants Nap on the SP then I say, hell yeah. Run it and i like it.

Trump may have a relationship with Napolitano via O'Reilly. I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Andrew Napolitano said:
I know him very well. His sister, a federal judge in New Jersey, is a dear friend. I own some real estate that some of his management companies manages. I pay some money that goes to Donald Trump. So I know him professionally and personally. I disagree with him on many issues but I am thrilled that he is in the race. I love the way he is stirring the pot. I love the way he challenges the establishment. I love the way he says exactly what he thinks.

The GOP will likely split. It will never adopt Donald Trump's vision. Donald Trump is bad for business. Secondly, libertarians need to wake up to global tyranny when they are fighting yesterday's war.

1. GOP split is a good rhing
2. I hope trump tears Paul Ryan and the rest of the establishment a new Azhole.

Trump Releases his 7 Point Healthplan HERE

1. Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to.

2. Modify existing law that inhibits the sale of health insurance across state lines. As long as the plan purchased complies with state requirements, any vendor ought to be able to offer insurance in any state. By allowing full competition in this market, insurance costs will go down and consumer satisfaction will go up.

3. Allow individuals to fully deduct health insurance premium payments from their tax returns under the current tax system. Businesses are allowed to take these deductions so why wouldn’t Congress allow individuals the same exemptions? As we allow the free market to provide insurance coverage opportunities to companies and individuals, we must also make sure that no one slips through the cracks simply because they cannot afford insurance. We must review basic options for Medicaid and work with states to ensure that those who want healthcare coverage can have it.
Allow individuals to use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

4. Contributions into HSAs should be tax-free and should be allowed to accumulate. These accounts would become part of the estate of the individual and could be passed on to heirs without fear of any death penalty. These plans should be particularly attractive to young people who are healthy and can afford high-deductible insurance plans. These funds can be used by any member of a family without penalty. The flexibility and security provided by HSAs will be of great benefit to all who participate.

5. Require price transparency from all healthcare providers, especially doctors and healthcare organizations like clinics and hospitals. Individuals should be able to shop to find the best prices for procedures, exams or any other medical-related procedure.
Block-grant Medicaid to the states. Nearly every state already offers benefits beyond what is required in the current Medicaid structure.

6. The state governments know their people best and can manage the administration of Medicaid far better without federal overhead. States will have the incentives to seek out and eliminate fraud, waste and abuse to preserve our precious resources.

7. Remove barriers to entry into free markets for drug providers that offer safe, reliable and cheaper products. Congress will need the courage to step away from the special interests and do what is right for America. Though the pharmaceutical industry is in the private sector, drug companies provide a public service. Allowing consumers access to imported, safe and dependable drugs from overseas will bring more options to consumers.

I wish he'd quit doing stuff like this.
It was far easier to hate and ridicule him before.
All I'm left with on this one is: 'He's prolly lying.'

This obviously is a made up story. Even if it was true, Trump would just be telling you what you want to hear. Trump is a liberal pretending to be a extreme right racist. He would appoint a liberal justice.

Trump's views on healthcare don't really sound socialist to me, he sounds like he wants to create a federal reserve type of entity that would be funded by taxpayers that would be completely outside of government that would have a monopoly on healthcare.

If true, that works!

Maybe Andrew really should be Obama's SCOTUS pick too.

Don't hold your breath.

"Everything is negotiable".

I think that Trump has argued for single payer(up until he ran for republican nomination), and before that socialized medicine. Since he has become a Republican he has changed his position away from being for single payer and has slowly walked his comments towards non specific Republican soundbytes. He will use memory reconsolidation techniques and no one will even remember that he was ever for socialized medicine, and they will buy the "deal" of single payer when he sells it in the general election.

Yup. The biggest problem with the Don is you can never tell if he really means what he says...

I want to ask people on RPF straight up a fantasy scenario.

Trump comes out and says elect me and I will give you Rand Paul as VP and Ron Paul as secretary of state and Napolitano as a judge on the supreme.....would you still not vote for him out of a purity ideological principle ?

Which is basically Business Negotiation 101. If you lay all your cards on the table at the beginning you have little room for negotiation and the other side can maximize its leverage knowing exactly where your bottom line is.

Compare that to the globalist method of saying essentially, we want to make a deal on any terms and are willing to give up everything to get it, in which case well duh the other side asks for everything, and gets it.

If Trump knows whats good for him he better have a VP that the establishment is more afraid of as a deterrent against assassination.. Michael Badnarik, Ron Paul etc... these people would utterly gut the federal govt in one day with executive orders.

Says? No. A binding legal document between all the parties involved and assuming the Pauls and Nap are on board? Sure.

I'm giving Trumptards a chance to provide some kind of rational explanation for their behavior (despite all evidence that they do not act rationally).

If you'd prefer I desist, and assume that you're an absolutely incorrigible moron, I can do that too.

Ok, dumbshit. The country is dying. More than that, it is almost dead. The trade deals in place now are horrible and they are getting ready to pass yet another, the TPP/TPA that will strip what's left of our national sovereignty. Our borders have been overrun by illegal aliens; people we are being forced to give free education, healthcare and for many, welfare. Some states are giving them driver's licenses and I can only assume, they will be voting in elections. The elite are one step away from ushering us into world government.

So, kiss my ass, dumbass, I am supporting Trump. No, I don't agree with a number of his positions, but if you have watched only just a little, even you should have been able to see that they are trying to railroad him, just like they did Ron. Even more so. If they can do that to Trump, we have ZERO chance of ever getting one of our guys elected to President. ZERO. If Trump only renegotiates our trade deals, or gets us the hell out of them, and curtails the flood of illegal aliens, he will be the best President in my lifetime. So, call this a hail mary. But, to me, it's worth a shot.

In my opinion, the liberty movement should be working on getting their act together to get people elected to the House of Reps and state and local elections, getting Agenda 21 thrown out of their communities, getting the voting machines thrown out of their district/states, getting Common Core ejected from their states, etc. But, that would require people to get up off their asses and do some real work.
