One or the other.
They used the lame excuse of "not my problem" to wash their hands and allow the greatest fraud in history to put America under the occupation of a usurping foreign agent.

Not only are they wrong about the Constitution on the important point but this is a case where the Constitution is not a suicide pact.
Counting votes has always carried the power and responsibility to judge the legitimacy of the votes.
Congress is not included in the process just to be a rubber stamp, one bureaucrat would be all that was required if a mere counting of any and all votes (fraudulent or not) was all that was intended.
But even if the Constitution meant what they claim it meant, it would be time for a counter usurpation, our enemies are making war on us by other means and the rules go out the window in time of war.

Libertarians have gotten so used to saying (usually correctly) that something is not a federal problem or not a government problem that they have conditioned themselves to hide from any controversy by doing it.

Mace looks more like a fraud while the others that I know about (including Rand who gave similar excuses for collaborating with the coup) look more like cowards.

All of them are also conspicuously absent from any efforts to fix 2020 by any other means or even to prevent such fraud in the future.

But as politicians they should be leading the movement to do so along with the movements to fix 2020.

They also can set rules for Congressional elections which would help a lot:

The thieves may control the House and Senate right now but our side should be pushing to require proper election security for their seats just to make noise and forward the momentum of the movement.

Go promote her, try to build momentum for her campaign, but realize that until something drastically changes, she's probably finishing with under 10% in a 3 person race.
About the Freedom Index, Nancy Mace doesn't have enough votes to determine her real voting record. Republicans tend to have a better voting record when a Democrat is in office. We don't know if they are just voting anti-Democrat or actually voting Pro-Liberty.

Most Republicans have a worse rating than she does for that same Congress, because they have a worse voting record than she does. Another way of saying it is that she has a better voting record than they do.

Katie Arrington has shown no potential to be good or at Mace's baseline level, IMO.

How strange that "drain the swamp" Donald endorses a candidate that has a scandal in her closet that could ruin her chances to be elected.

It becomes even stranger when I learned that Katie Arrington's attorney in her case about leaking confidential information was one Mark Zaid.


That's the same Mark Zaid who, together with Bakaj, represented the (anonymous?) "whistleblower" that led to the (first) Donald Trump impeachment charade.
That was for Donald offering help to investigate corruption in Ukraine...

If you understand "Drain the Swamp" as "replace all people disloyal to me with people loyal to me" then it makes sense.

Mace isn't great, not by a long shot. But her sin to Trump had nothing to do with America or a swamp. It had to do with not being Trump First.
