Not much fanfare this year... remember to vote for Rand if you're in Kentucky! It's up to us to keep the best darn senator anywhere in the country!

I noticed a couple of days ago Clinton had some heavy hitters campaigning Ky for her , Clyburn and Jackson Lee.

Kentucky Democrats will decide between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders in Tuesday’s primary election, and members from both parties
will vote in elections for U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives and state House. Some state Senate districts will also be on the ballot.
Republicans won’t vote for president because in March the party conducted a caucus election.

Republican Senate Primary

After his failed presidential bid, Rand Paul has returned to Kentucky with no major challengers for his U.S. Senate seat, which he has held for one term.

Democratic Senate Primary
Seven Democrats have crowded the field for the chance to challenge likely Republican candidate Rand Paul.

I expect the results map later :toady: will look something like that.

We should have some results from 7pm EST.

What do you think Rand's total will be?

I'm going to guess 70%

Those guys were just running on the chance Rand dropped his Senate campaign. Then one of them would sneak into the general election and get funded by the state/national GOPs, plus go in heavily favored with the R by their name.

Evidently so.

Once it was obvious Rand would win, I stopped following it.

...didn't realize it would be quite this big of a blowout.

Higher turn out for Dem Senate primary winner Gray maybe due to Presidential primary on their ballot ?
