will vote in elections for U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives and state House. Some state Senate districts will also be on the ballot.
Republicans won’t vote for president because in March the party conducted a caucus election.

Those guys were just running on the chance Rand dropped his Senate campaign. Then one of them would sneak into the general election and get funded by the state/national GOPs, plus go in heavily favored with the R by their name.
