If we were willing to go on the offensive there is plenty of fertile ground.

After all, how many honest politicians are there in Washington? Two I can think of. Maybe a half dozen more I don't know about.

The rest are thieves, bribe takers, page molesters, men's room enthusiasts, and traitors. A little bribe money here and there and we could bring a lot of them down. All that would be required is to make it known that just one unconstitutional vote immediately puts them at the top of the target list. We could openly approach pages, staff members, limo drivers, restaurant waiters, anybody, tell them there is twenty or thirty thousand dollars in it for them if they have info that brings down ANY senator or representative, we don't care who.

We raised nearly 20 million in three months. Just think how many bribes could be paid to informants with half that amount? We could empty Washington in three months. And why the hell not? They built this monstrosity of a "stick your nose in everyone else's business" police state. Why not use it against them? Our elected representatives are robbing us of our liberty intentionally and with knowledge aforethought. Personally, I think they should be hanged, but I will settle for humiliated and ruined.

How close do you think we're going to get to winning an election in a country where the despots feel so secure they are comfortable publicly laughing at the Constitution? If this is indeed a revolution (I have nothing but contempt for people who mouth that word, but don't mean it), then we have to do more than just ask our jailers for permission to elect a new leader. We need to go about the business of bringing down the whole system. We need to go after all the dishonest politicians (redundant I know) and to start throwing wrenches into the system.

We need to go after all of congress, and make sure they know that ALL are targets, randomly, because ALL are guilty of urinating on the Constitution.

How people can believe they are going to get their freedom back with an election is beyond me. That might be a great foot in the door, but it certainly will not dismantle the whole mess. RP would be president, not God!

You are talking about asking your jailer for permission to take him to court (his court) to ask him for relief from his mistreatment of you!

To any thinking, honest person your case is practically proven before you ever enter the courtroom. And it doesn't matter. The rules will simply be manipulated until you lose. The law and the courts say what they want them to say. Forget asking for what is right. Simply do as much damage as possible.

Each of these elected men and women swore on a Bible to represent Americans and uphold the Constitution. Today, the majority of these elected officials are in violation of their oath of office. Beyond this violation, with severe consequences for their law abiding U.S. citizen constituents—is the poor example they set-*absence of honor and legality.

According to Webster’s dictionary, fifteen million illegal aliens constitute an invasion. You can see the effects of this invasion in every city in the United States.

Nonetheless, mayors in dozens of cities including Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Detroit and Boston maintain Special Order 40 that prohibits police from arresting and detaining illegal aliens. Hundreds of mayors are in violation of their oaths of office when they swore to uphold the rule of law.

Baldacci of Maine is the first governor to sign an order giving illegal aliens a sanctuary state. The cornucopia of benefits include the ability to work illegally, ability to drive without license or car insurance, use of welfare, use our schools with free lunches for their kids and state funded medical care—at our expense. This is the type of corrupt leadership found in the Third World. Baldacci violates his oath of office. However, he is not alone. Not one single governor in the United States stands against illegal immigration or attempts to enforce Federal or local laws in our states. They, in fact, aid, abet and assist illegal aliens. What law do they break?

If you suffered a horde of people overrunning your home or community, you would call the cops and have them arrested. Not so with illegal aliens! By lack of law enforcement, illegals recognize the open invitation to illegal entry. The benefits of lawbreaking exceed their wildest dreams.

Congressman Chris Cannon of Utah openly advocates for illegal alien migrants with his support of amnesty for illegals, Dream Act, Ag Bill and outright invitation to break the law. He requested for political contributions from illegal aliens during his campaign for Congress this year. He was celebrated by the Mexican-American Legal Defense Fund, which is one of the most anti-American, pro illegal alien organizations in America. To show you HOW out of touch with reality he is, I interviewed him by phone and he said the United States could hold at least a billion people. That is his plank—to grow the USA into one billion people. This shows his lack of knowledge of carrying capacity or what any farmer knows as the Tragedy of the Commons. The man lacks the collective intelligence of a patch of geraniums.

Congressman David Dreier of California and Nancy Pelosi follow Cannon’s path. Congressman Baca subverts the U.S. Border Patrol from doing its job. Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah won’t uphold our immigration laws, but he supports the Dream Act, which helps illegals with our tax money. Senator John McCain and Kyle of Arizona along with Congressmen Kolbe and Flake are SO out of touch with their constituents, they opposed Proposition 200 which was passed in that illegal-alien-invaded state.

They were the reasons Arizona citizens created the initiative because those elected officials refused their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution. Arizona endures 500,000 illegal aliens. Last year, with 77 hospitals near bankruptcy in the Border States, Senator McCain, instead of doing his job, slipped a $1.4 billion rider onto the Federal Medicaid Bill to keep those hospitals afloat. Why were they bankrupting? They served millions of non-paying illegal aliens. That money wasn’t enough. Four Los Angeles hospitals failed this year. Why? They could not function with thousands of illegal aliens. Who suffers? American citizens who cannot find hospital care.

A similar story could be written about Teddy Kennedy, Congressman Mark Udall and Diana Degette and Senators Allard and Campbell of Colorado, Dillion of Illinois, and hundreds of senators and representatives who will not and do not uphold their oath of office. John Tierney, John Conyers, Hillary Clinton, Benjamin Cardin and the list goes on and on where these representatives score F- on their www.numbersusa.com report cards.

While some Rights are reserved with qualifications in the Bill of Rights, there are none whatsoever pertaining to the Right of Redress. There are no limits on the Right of Redress. Any constitutional offense is legitimately petitionable.

Today, our concern is the grievance that falls under the heading of a design to subvert the Constitution and laws of the country by those wielding governmental power.

Under this heading, all officers of the government are liable, if they strayed from their oath of office.

If we are to secure our Rights, we must rely on the laws of nature and a reasoned sense of innovation. To rely on precedent is to oppress posterity with the ignorance or chains of their fathers. Being forced by the government to rely on precedent is, itself, a grievance.

We need to file a petition calling for impeachment and file a civil suit against them individually
