Normally I wouldn't preview a "work in progress" but this idea had me laughing so hard just a few minutes ago I wanted to share it with you, and maybe, a good laugh might help break this funk we have gotten ourselves into. If you get the joke... please feel free to chirp in with some creative ideas to help us promote things...

At present I'm looking for a graphic of George Bush with a operators headset on ready to take reservations...

Bump

"Bump...."

As a substitute teacher I was teaching "debate class" yesterday in Jr High. I didn't mention our candidates name, but did mention the Missouri state capitol march underway (They wanted to know how to get tickets for the free icecream social). Also I asked them (as promoter) if I had any chance of getting the local politicians to actually show up at the town hall event. LISTEN TO THIS.... THE WHOLE CLASS LAUGHED AND SAID HECK NO. Now even our children laugh at our government leaders... we need to change a lot of things pronto.

Listening to Ron Paul Radio today a speaker talked about how the elected officials in public office many times do not get paid all that well. Leaving open the door for greed to walk right in and make it's self at home. Thankfully we have elected officials like Ron Paul who have been able to hold onto honor. Yes, yes, yes... there is much to change and fix and we'll need EVERYBODY to steer this ship back onto course.

The homepage at www.arewestillfree.org is a "tounge n cheek" way of saying to our elected officials we have awakened. The "heart and soul" of the site is under construction with the goal being "education" ....all day, all night, all the time. Sorta like undoing what the media has done did. The bulk of the website will be open around mid March.

Here's a old favorite, call it a mantra, a proverbial nugget of advice that I sometimes reach for when it's hard to make the right call...

Love it or Laugh at It....!

Laugh Hard, Hang Tough, Lend a Hand

More Humor....

Last week I stood down at the main intersection protesting with some brothers and sisters of the local peace alliance. HONK IF YOU ARE FOR PEACE read the signs being held. Many many many supporters in their cars honked as they passed by.

I was taken a little off guard by several groups passing by in pickup trucks hanging out of windows loudly cursing us and telling us we needed to pack up and leave this fine country. So without any further delay, it is my finest pleasure to present to you my fellow Ron Paul Patriots a snap shot representation of this nitwit minority whom I dearly refer to as "My Fellow Americans" or as one John McCain babbles "My Friends"...

Names and faces have been changed of course:

Someone once told me that it is in very bad taste to criticize someone's ideas if you don't have a better idea to offer right back.

I can't put it in any other way other than my goodness sakes folks we've got a lot of work to do here in our own communities, and I personally can't see pouring money into the gas tank and running off to Washington DC to march around in circles with high probability that we won't even make the 11pm news. Me and my money is staying local.... gonna drag as many people out of their apathetic coma as I can muster. That's right... there are thousands of potential voters right here at the edge of my neighborhood waiting for me to stop by and educate them...
