I'm sorry. But this is getting ridiculous. This is what we now know from Admiral Bradley's testimony.
- Hegseth definitely gave a "kill them all" order along with an order to sink the boat.
- The boat wasn't carrying fentynal. It was (allegedly) carrying cocaine.
- The boat was HEADED AWAY FROM THE UNITED STATES and most likely destined for SOME OTHER COUNTRY!
- There was NO FOG OF WAR in that ISR could clearly see the suvivors on boat and the where checking themselves for injuries.
- The boat was capsized but staying afloat, possible from the cocaine, but was clearly inoperable.
- There is, of course, no Congressional authorization for any of this which makes the materially different from previous strikes like under Obama where there was at least some oversite.
- Admiral Bradley claimed there was not a "no quarter" which is an order to kill all enemy combatants even if they are gravely injured or attempt to surrender, which suggest they've admitted the ilegality of what they ultimately did.
According to the Admiral who gave the order there was no evidence of fentanyl and the cocaine was headed AWAY from the United States.
