They are dogging RP hard

Now that is kewl!!! Way to go, girl!
Thanks :)

It's like this: they are listening to your ideas, giving you lip service to get you on board. The whole "we're open to new ideas, bring new people into the GOP, etc". Pretending to care what you have to say. Then when they find out you're a RP supporter, it's almost like they know you're past their brainwashing BS and seeing everything through transparent glass. So you're instantly considered a threat to their empire of propaganda?

Interestingly I never hid the fact that I was a RP supporter from the getgo in my experience with the local GOP. I was introduced way back then as being a RP supporter and though I did get some sideways glances and the admonition to "support McCain" these folks have readily accepted me. Even now some will refer to me by saying, "She likes Ron Paul but we still like her," but these folks realize what I'm about and in most cases they agree with me-- and thus Ron Paul. There will always be those people who can't (or refuse to) understand but my experience has shown me that there is a genuine desire to bring in new blood and revitalize the party-- if not everywhere, certainly here at the local and county level.

...

I hate that they called their site GOP Revolution because from my position on the Executive Committee of my county committee (and having been introduced to people at the Inaugural Ball as a "rising star") the real GOP revolution looks nothing like Chimpsy.

+2010 :)

I do like knowing that RP supporters are out there, engaging people outside of our circles. I am a big fan of reaching out; caressing sometimes, poking sometimes, anything is better than nothing, mostly...

Yep, and this guy lacks tact. A couple of his responses to reasonable and rational comments are "Fuck You." Charming, right?

It's really quite a conundrum. He's quite articulate and polite in some posts. He seems to almost alternate between two personalities.

At the risk of sounding cliche, you can't put lipstick on a pig. Excessive use of "intelligent" language and sentence structure doesn't make one intelligent....I see it as a ruse he uses to belittle people he doesn't agree with to shield his fragile opinion so, even if one pokes holes in his philosophy and beliefs, it still looks like he comes out on top because, in the end, he is an impressive speaker. How many sheep have been fooled by impressive speakers? Including the one we've just elected

Just a personal observation, though.
