I'm proud of my Alabama Senators (Sessions, Shelby)! Shelby had said all along that he was against it but I wasn't sure if Sessions would pull through.

Now if we could just get through to our reps... only had one from Alabama vote no on Monday.

I think the ones who votes for it should be tried for treason and publicly lynched in Time's Square on the 5 o'clock news while the crowd chants and throws fruit
.

I'm proud of our Senators in Louisiana! :)

So what's the word on Vitter as someone from Louisiana. The reason I ask is that he seems like one of the good guys in the senate (one of the primary senators with Inhofe who were against the immigration bill as well as today) but was working for Rudy during the primaries.

My senators are dumb and dumber who are totally imho owned by WALL ST and FED, Clinton/Schumer. How she ever got voted in as a NY senator still amazes me to this day!

I was happy to see at least one of my senators voted No. good Job Feingold.

I talked to Grassley's aide a couple days ago and he said people were calling in at almost 100% against the bailout. He and Harkin both voted for the bill despite being inundated with calls, faxes and emails.

What a f*&%ing traitorous duo. Lynchings are in order.

Yeah, it is his first good vote he's made...

We have to remember that just because they voted nay, doesn't mean they voted nay for the right reasons or have any clue what they are doing.

For instance:

Bernie "the socialist" Sanders voted Nay... and I still want to string him up.

ZOMG are you kidding me? Feingold is the most libertarian senator we have right now. He voted against the Iraq War, the Patriot Act, FISA, and now this bailout. He's like the Ron Paul of the senate. See here: http://freedomdemocrats.org/node/526
