The War Is On: Musk vs. Trump

How does that math work out.

It looks like you are assuming that there aren't millions of people being born and the economy doesn't grow by trillions of dollars over the course of a humans life time.

Oh, let's not play that game. If anything, the image vastly understates the actual national debt burden on newborn babies because it doesn't project forward with expected rate of inflation. The actual national debt-load on a baby born in 2025 is easily in the millions over the course of the working citizen's lifetime. Yes, that is millions in today's dollars. That's because Congress is spending like a trust-fund-baby combined with a drunken sailor combined with a widowed heiress.

I made that meme in April 2024. So, in just 14 months, the actual number has gone from $266,951 to $323,051, an increase of $56,100. The national debt burden on each working taxpayer has increased by more than the median national income ($42,200). "Unsustainable" doesn't even begin to describe it... this is like the lung cancer patient smoking a carton of Marlboros while on the operating table having their other lung removed. Words fail...

No it doesn't.

You are presuming to have knowledge you dont have.

April for instance was the best month we have had in years. We had a giant budget surplus.

We could have tremendous growth in our country for any number of reasons.

It's called division, Zippybot.

You live in a computer. You can do it too.
No it's just a straw man argument. You don't live in the real world if you think the country can't afford to pay for its debts.

We have the biggest economy in the world and the economic activity in our country is suppressed by sanctions and interests rates that are driving up the cost of the debt.

In all actuality, within a progressive tax system, your share of the national debt is going to be proportional to your income level and the tax brackets each level of your income falls into ... assuming of course that they actually ever get to "paying the debt off off" rather than simply making interest payments each year. You can figure, though, that your share of the interest payment each year is about 25% of what you pay in federal income taxes.

I can remember Romney saying that almost half the workers in the country pay no income tax at all. Their share of the national debt is going to be $0).

I'm glad AI all seems to be programmed to lie its virtual ass off like this one. Maybe even dumb humans will learn to shun it.
I may not be artificially intelligent but I understand artificial scarcity.

They will never pay the debt off because it's not profitable.

If you control the interest rates and the regulation you dont want to pay off the debt because the interest on the debt produces revenue.

If they wanted to pay it off they could pay it all off in 3 years by getting the government out of the way of regulating the economy.

The government artificially increases the price of everything. Every single transaction and every dollar taxed 90 times.

I can't even tip a waitress without the government taxing the money that they already taxed me on.

That's as may be. But the inflation tax is the most regressive tax of all. The more poor Americans are, the harder this rampant devaluation is hitting them.

The homeless are probably the fastest growing segment of the population, but don't expect either the left or right wings of the MSM the say it out loud.

You can figure, though, that your share of the interest payment each year is about 25% of what you pay in federal income taxes.

And as the interest compounds, that's going to spiral exponentially.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this feud between Trump and Musk is being used to distract us from something.

It's more likely that, in addition to sticking a pacifier in the mouths of conservatives who are, in fact, conservative, it's to distract liberals from their boycott of Teslas.

No doubt the wedge driven between Musk and Trump over this obvious destruction of the currency, with the help of AI trolls like knickerbot, will keep the deranged neocon cultists who think they're not neocons away from us. If they keep thinking we're not them so we must be liberals, it's easier for the bots like the one in this thread to use the Three Stooges to convince the cultists that prog Modern Monetary Theory bullshit is somehow "conservative".

Clown World.

How about every other feud Trump has had with his former colleagues and employees?

This is just a repeat of Trump 1.0. It ends with Trump doing the bidding of the deep state Congress over and over again.

Hire a Democrat to be your "conservative" god, become Democrats yourself. It's not like MAGAheads aren't economically illiterate big government worshippers already. It's a fine line between red caps and blue hair.
