I don't know if anyone has a better host, but here is a PDF I made to print this at home on three sheets of 8.5"x11". I intend to post it around my campus.
I've included the image files in case anyone needs to adjust their margins. Remember to print at 300 ppi if you're printing to PDF; Photoshop made this very easy.
I hope I have permission from the author to do this.

The author has given permission to use the ad, just make sure and remove his name and contact info ect out.
I just dl'd it, and will upload to one of my hosting accounts, and will report back when it's done with a link to it.
