The Only Pro-Freedom Solution to America’s Immigration Morass

It's Larken's job to make people see that there is no difference.

If it's Larken's job to make people see that there is no difference, then it's my job to make people see that there is a difference - because there is.

You said yourself that the only difference is public perception, after all; he can't change it by bowing to it.

I didn't say it was just perception. The difference is real.

If someone is a voluntary member of the association that is taxing them (and most people are), it's not robbery.

If someone is not a voluntary member (e.g., me, PAF, and presumably you), then it is robbery.

That's the difference.

Your job seems to be to make slaves happy with their plight. You can say he's not accomplishing his goal, but he's better at his job than you are at yours.

Most of the slaves are already happy with their plight, and they have no need of my services in that regard.

My job is to show unhappy slaves the door they will need to walk through, if they decide at some point they no longer want to be slaves.

But walking through that door has a cost, and most people, myself included (and you, and PAF), are not willing to pay that cost.

Stop right there.

Maybe what you either don't understand, or refuse to acknowledge because it makes you uncomfortable somehow, is that those of us who are pushing people to acknowledge what's possible do so because we're ready willing and able to pledge our fortunes, our lives and our sacred honor if we can be part of a movement large enough to make a real change happen.

You try to prevent that because if such a movement did grow to that size, it would be time for you to decide which side you're on.

You're just talking out of your ass at this point, I'm not trying to prevent shit

Is trolling leading, following or getting out of the way?

I'm as out of the way as anyone can be. If you want to spend your fortune and life in pursuit of sacred honor, by all means, go for it. I'm not gonna stop you, and in fact, I'll encourage you. DO IT

I can but try.

I'm sure you're aware, but you haven't made any actual counterpoints to my claim that not all taxation is theft. You just keep repeating the same tired old shit like some troll (sound familiar?)

If you find value in the services the government provides, taxation isn't always theft.

Some ultra libertarian fanatic is going to dispute this and that's fine.

You find occasional wee bit of value in services the government provides? You are a fascist!!! You're trying to prevent my freedom!! 🤣

I'd prefer fascism and/or socialism to...

You're insufferable you know that.

Edit: I have completed Larken's sermon on the subject and it doesn't change anything.

Until then, I'm just gonna keep asking our ruling class to keep the A/C on at a steady 70 degrees fahrenheit, because otherwise it gets fucking hot in here.

.

This thread demonstrates why we can’t have nice things… like liberty.

Unironically it does.

Y'all would rather blame me for your failure to achieve liberty than actually do anything that might achieve it.

As long as y'all think I'm the problem you're just gonna be stuck where you're at so good job demonstrating why you can't have nice things like liberty

We already have totalitarian tyranny so whatever point you think you're making isn't really valid. Try again

And answer the question in post #77

Ok, I'll answer. My ideal comfortable temp is around 70-75 degrees. I am able to tolerate cold temps, as well as temps over 110 degrees. If keeping the thermostat at 70 means sacrificing liberty and freedom, they can go to hell.

If you spend $15,000 on a used car on the internet and receive a Hot Wheels in the mail, it's not fraud if you play with the Hot Wheels.

Bad analogy.

It's not fraud if you know its a hot wheels when you buy it but buy it anyway.

It's stupid but most people are stupid and it's not our job to make better decisions for them. That's what you always accuse me of.

And when you don't recognize people's right to choose to live in a system like this, that's exactly what you're doing.

Trying to make decisions for them.

Okay so if you're in prison your preference is to live in 100 degree heat but keep your paycheck.

My preference is to live in 70 degree temperature and spend some portion of my paycheck.

You have a right to keep your paycheck, and I have a right to spend money on A/C.

However, as we live in the same prison block, we can't both have our way.

Why is your preference more important than mine?

The way you look at it, is that I'm stealing money from you when I turn on the A/C.

But take Larkens advice on this: I don't have any power, I'm not the one turning on the A/C, I'm not the one stealing from you, I'm not the reason youre in prison, and I'm certainly not your enemy.
