But that is false, it most certainly does exist and who you allow to become part of it, will determine what kind of community you live in and what your quality of life will be.

That depends on who owns the property being sold and what covenants, if any, that property is bound to.

Most of the land in the United States belongs to the "citizens" and the covenant that land is bound to is the constitution.

But I understand it's very likely that "Free Keene" has seceded, either individually or as a group, and in respect of those secession(s) I would not dare to venture a guess what agreements or covenants they may have made with their property(s).

There's no moral argument for replacement immigration (invasions).

Just like there different types of competition there are different types of immigration.

Direct Competition: Coca-Cola and Pepsi are direct competitors because they sell the same product.

Replacement Competition:
Streaming services like Netflix are replacement competitors against movie theaters . A movie theater offers the experience of watching a movie, but netflix offers a different, often more convenient, way to watch movies at home.

Replacement immigration:
(invasions) are funded and backed by global empires and are not competitions that can be won.

These types of invasions use the tactics that were pioneered by Rome thousands of years ago.

When Rome invaded your nation you might be able to fight them off in your first battle but Rome would just go to their vassal states and raise another army and invade again and again.

Each time your army loses more and more men that cannot be replaced while the global empire keeps going to their vassal states and raising another army and invading again.
