The Official "Ready, Ames, Fire" Money-Bomb Donation Thread

Donated shortly after midnight (post #50) and will be making an additional donation later this evening when I get home.

Step up if you can, folks...every litttle bit helps.

Guys we are doing relatively well in the grand scheme of things. Things didn't really start heating up money-wise until late fall/winter. The general public is just now starting to get tuned into the Presidential race again. The great thing about Paul donors is that the vast majority haven't maxed out, many give in 50-100 dollar increments, so we are a fund raising source throughout the year essentially. Even more people will join us once they see this is serious effort and we can win this thing. Again, we need a strong showing at Ames.

Matching funds

Okay guys, let's keep it positive and keep it going.

I will match the next 5 people who donate $20.12. This is your chance to double your money. Just donate $20.12 and post your transaction details here and I will match that amount for the first 5 people to post.

I know money is tight. It definitely is for me. Back in 2007, I donated $500 each for the November and December money bombs. But now, I haven't been working for a year and a half and the economy is in much worse shape. BUT, that's all the more reason to dig deep and donate to Ron Paul. Think about how much worse off we're going to be if he doesn't get elected...

We can do this thing!

Nicely done LukeP. Wish I could match that amount. I just tried to match with $20.12, but it said it was a duplicate transaction since I just donated that amount. I guess I'll have to wait a few minutes and try again...

Everyone needs to calm down about the totals. We're going to raise more than a half a million dollars in one day, one the heels of an end of the quarter push that stretched us.

You know who would love to have a half million dollar day. Michele Bachmann. And Tim Pawlenty. And Herman Cain. And anyone whose name isn't Mitt Romney or Barack Obama.

Onward to Victory!!
