I strongly recommend reading the whole thing.
Unless there is some kind of spectacular whistleblower exposé or the like , the Cole indictment is a damage-control win for the FBI, et al., no matter how things turn out.
If they manage to get a conviction, well - there you go. Not only will they claim vindication for their incompetence, obfuscation, and slow-rolling, but they will be further emboldened to conduct future "investigations" in such a manner.
And even if they fail to get a conviction, they can just declare the matter over and the case closed. "We got our guy, but the conspiracy theorists confused and polluted the issue so much, he got off scot-free. So move along, now! There's nothing more to see here ..."
