Guess always be an IRS if internal revenue is collected. Not sure peopla are aware of many different items in internal revenue , gasoline tax , deisel tax , wine tax . beer tax , tobacco taxes , liquor tax. 50 percent lndividual income tax , 9 percent from corporate tax, 2 percent exice taxes, 30 percent payroll taxes . Dont know missing 9 percent . I do know corporate tax is passed onto consumer

I remember arguing with libertarians about Pence's Carrier crony tax cut and them saying that even if it was cronyism it was simply good that less taxes were being paid even if everyone else had to pay or or more debt was accrued.
I rightly pointed out that that was corruption and tyranny.

But now that a non-crony system is being set up so most people won't have to pay income taxes (on the way to eliminating them for everyone) that's suddenly "COMMUNISM".

What is happening is based on economics not politics or any other arbitrary and targeted criteria.

Believe it or not, the rich actually can bear taxation better than the poor.
That is the truth the communists base their trap of progressive income taxes on.

But it seems libertarians like grinding the face of the poor.

One of the best things about consumption taxes like tariffs is that they naturally fall harder on the people who can afford to consume more while also being perfectly avoidable.

You'd have to get spending cuts
Spending cuts is what the fed govt has shown me they are unwilling to participate in. So our currency will collapse. MIT says 15 years , I say it's a good guess , figure a decade or two no more

The IRS is quite large and he needs some help to shut it down
