Plain and simple. I only have 1 primary and 1 general election vote. Rand Paul is the ONLY candidate who has done anything to deserve it; therefore, I don't care if I'm the only one here to think so, it will belong to him; even if I have to write it in on the general election.

Rand needs to take on immigration as an issue-in a big way. it's why Dave Brat beat Eric Cantor, and it's why Trump is going to win in Iowa.

how about just a simple proposal: no food stamps, no medicaid, no welfare for any non-citizens-legal or illegals. and no one should become a citizen unless they have 5 years off the dole.

If he contrasts this position WITH a BIG & PRONOUNCED mention that the more we give to illegals, the less we have for our own citizens...... the DEMS would have a big problem arguing against our own poor (emphasis black, hispanic, asian)... not getting more help in lieu of illegals getting it. Fight the dems at their own game.... use race. "Here we are giving billions in benefits to illegals.... we are subsidizing this behavior. And what we give to illegals we don't have for our own citizens. Poor Black, Hispanic, Asian families who need help.... Our own poor. Our schools are jam packed, our hospitals... that is less care, less one on one time for our students... I understand they need help... but if we keep taking in the poor of the world... the places they flee will never change as those countries are exporting the discontented and the more we give, the more will come.... is it fair to ask our citizens to pay for others over their own?" etc..

Trump will either implode himself, or be sunk by the msm in the name of Bush. What is up with you people? Anyone that's been around here long enough should know how is game is played, Trump is merely the new flavor of the month. Rand's numbers are holding steady and will not be in flavor until it's time for pollsters to report actual results which is about November just like they did Ron. What's up with you guys??

Go visit some conservative sites. The grassroots are in love with this guy and are willing to follow him down the independent route if necessary. And by "in love" I mean they're fanatical for him. I'm sorry, but there's no overcoming that. Even if he were to drop dead tomorrow, they'd want Cruz or Fiorina next. Bush might eventually pull it off, with the MSM (and daddy's) help, but Rand has pretty much zero momentum these days.

Trump is more than just the "flavor of the month," because those flavors were always promoted by the establishment. They can't turn this one off, because they didn't turn it on. If anything, Trump's schilling for the Democrats and they just want chaos within the GOP ranks.
