The High Tide Money Bomb - donate here!!

this hasn't come thru my meetup so I think that dailypaul and the other pro-paul sites need to be contacted to promote the heck out of this thing.

It is on the DP homepage. It would be much appreciated if people could run this through their local meetups.

AdamT...a few more anti-RP folks have left negative comments on the High Tide Youtube video...they got a minus red number....could you please delete the comments and block the users? Thank you

Done. Just crossed 100,000 views too!

before this gets close to be used on bigger screens, there is any way to give animation another pass?

good job you guys on the indy in japan show

What do you mean by another pass?
I think he might mean reanimating the part where Ron shakes his hand in a really surreal way right when he says "I don't want to run your lives!" or whatever it is, right in the middle. All the rest of the ad is fantastic, though! Love it!

I love the video. It is a great message and the score was perfect for it.

But it is just me or does his hair seem like it is chrome? :-D

When the bombs are going off, there is this bright reflection and in other places it seem shinny.

OK, maybe I'm just seeing things after having watched it about 50 times.

Ha ha it's supposed to be underwater, so his hair looks shinny and somewhat chrome plated.

omg, i never knew he was under water. When the water starts going down, you can see he was under water, but there was no way I would tell he was under water during the entire beginning of it.

I guess some little bubbles flying up out of his mouth or a fish swimming around his head would be cheesy. :D

Yeah we had some concerns about that. It's a fine line - either it's too obvious (fish, etc) or you take the subtle road. In the Making Of, you can see a dust pass which serves as bubbles, underwater dirt, etc.

During the first shot of the city, the camera plunges into the water - but there ended not being enough rendered frames underwater. So there is a cross dissolve into the first shot of RP instead.

Nonetheless, that's why the entire first half is somewhat dark and murky. It's supposed to be underwater, but in a surreal kind of way I guess.
