I haven't watched it yet, but I will in....ohh about an hour. At this point I'm just curious if anyone else has seen it and do you think it's suitable to keep on a tablet or a laptop to show people in certain settings to help break down the wall of mindless authoritarianism?

Trailer:

I know it's long for a 'normal' activist meeting, but depending on circumstance it may be worth the 1hr 48 min if it really has the effect of demolishing the wall of authoritarian resistance people put up.

It's OK, not great. The first half is about the shock experiment, the rest is about the reaction after it was published, and also covers other experiments like the chain letter ones he did, and the Ashe experiment (they had common mentors). There are also a couple films about the Stanford Prison, one is recent, another from a couple years ago with Adrien Brody.

One thing you need to know about authoritarianism is it is not mindless(most of the time). The position is taken after a calculated cost/benefits analysis. It pays to be a sycophant. What do you have to offer Mr. Clean Conscience?
