Its effectively over now. The campaign will have to pivot from letting Santorum do battle with Mitt and collecting delegates in the background where nobody noticed, to conducting major warfare on him everywhere. I don't see it happening.

Hunstman suspended his campaign too and his two New Hampshire delegates became unbound (one endorsed Romney while the other is still uncommitted). Huntsman has no control over his delegates in NH.

State laws vary. Huntsmans delegates will be unbound because he cannot be nominated from the floor. Same may be true for Newt if he doesn't get a plurality of 5 states.

I would love to be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that:
1. Romney is the second choice of the majority of Santorum voters
2. Santorum endorsed Romney
3. The vast majority of Santorum delegates will vote Romney out of inevitability and "the good of the party"

I don't see how you can't call it for Romney to be honest about it.

Pretty much - Paul has one last chance on the 24th to turn it around. There are still 1053 delegates remaining in the upcoming states (if I counted correctly). Paul can win this, but he needs to do something MONUMENTAL right now.
