Yes - he suspended, not dropped out. My mistake, I thought he dropped. Most states the delegates are still bound then until he "drops out". So if need be he needs to broker his delegates he still has that control to a degree.

Hunstman suspended his campaign too and his two New Hampshire delegates became unbound (one endorsed Romney while the other is still uncommitted). Huntsman has no control over his delegates in NH.

Ron Paul will have a better chance of winning southern states vs. Romney now, we had a close loses against Santorum in the mid west as well. The media will now play this an inevitable Romney win, but the voters could decide they aren't quite happy yet with Romney which could allow for some break through wins. Most likely Gingrich will realize this as well and may stay in thinking he could now pick up states that may have gone to Santorum.

Pretty much that is it. And all the unbound delegates that were his supporters will likely go to Romney. Santorum has 202 bound and an unknown percentage of unbound. So most of those are going to go to Romney. Unless Paul can surge Romney may have this numerically locked up on the 24th. I'd have to do the math, but it will be pretty close by then

The few Santorum people I have talked to in PA mostly have Ron as a second choice. I was surprised too. You never know.
