Something tells me no because they are using this convention to limit the number of people on the ballot.

His best bet is to run as an independent or a Libertarian.

He has said that if he doesn't get 15 he can petition to get on the ballot but getting this would save a lot of cash, but then petitioning is good for getting your name out there, and he should get a news cycle out of qualifying via petition and he will gain a bit more "outsider" cred to add to all those Tea Party endorsements, predictions etc.

I think that the results are a sign that Ron Paul delegates should work to heavily influence the next convention and vote out most of the current party leaders.
