Your friends, family, neighbors and strangers will turn your ass in, in a heartbeat, and not think twice about it.

Government says you are bad, government says you must be destroyed, and by God, you will be.

Boaters aid search for missing Florida boys

Florida authorities are asking recreational boaters to keep an eye out for a boat owned by Joshua Michael Hakken that could hold two kidnapped boys.

Florida authorities are asking recreational boaters enjoying the state's weekend weather to keep an eye out for a boat that could hold two kidnapped boys.

Joshua Michael Hakken is accused of forcibly removing sons Cole, 4, and Chase, 2, from their grandmother's custody in Tampa on Wednesday, WTSP-TV reports.

Authorities have been searching for a boat Hakken recently bought. It has a blue hull with the word "Salty" and a paw print in white on both sides. The Coast Guard, which has been aiding in the search, has been broadcasting an Amber Alert.

"We are hoping because of the weekend with the good weather, a whole lot of boats out on the water will give us a better opportunity to find them, with an increased amount of spotters," Hillsborough County sheriff's spokesman Larry McKinnon told The Tampa Tribune on Saturday evening.

The message appears to be getting the attention of boaters along the Florida coast.

"I got kids and family myself, so we'll be definitely looking for them," Bryan Hinland told WTSP-TV.

Pedro Rodriguez said he was also keeping an eye out. "Every once in a while I looked out to see if I saw (the sailboat) or not," he said.

Investigators with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office say they believe Hakken shuttled his wife, Sharyn, and the boys onto the 25-foot sailboat around 10 a.m. Wednesday. Investigators are unsure whether Sharyn Hakken is part of the kidnapping plot or a victim.

The Hakkens lost custody of the children last year after Joshua Hakken was arrested on drug charges while attending an anti-government rally in Louisiana. The couples' parental rights were terminated on Tuesday and the boys were turned over to Sharyn Hakken's parents, according to the Tribune.

Law enforcement concedes that Hakken may have already ditched the boat and is on the run on dry land.

"They could (have) easily got on the boat and then had enough time to get off the boat and get into another car," McKinnon said.

First sign that this is an injustice is that nowhere do they describe this guy as a harmful or dangerous father. Just that he "kidnapped" his own children after the State forbid him from seeing them. Red alerts should be going off in people's heads at that point, but I'm afraid "kidnapped children" will overpower any suspicion of government wrongdoing.

Red alerts should be going off every day in the minds of every American citizen.

Sadly, we both know that is not happening.

There is so much wrong with this and it is confirming the father's fear at every turn. He has been accused of a crime, not convicted, and already his children have been taken away. Is it any wonder that he would be anti-government? When he takes his children back, he is declared a kidnapper and of course he is guilty until proven innocent of this (non)crime. The more he defies the state, the more crimes he automatically be guilty of.

Good catch. It apparently doesn't occur to him that the same thing can be done to him. But I'm sure he doesn't attend any anti-government rallies so he has nothing to worry about, right?

A well trained and non questioning, fully compliant, comrade citizen.

Good guys vs. the Bad guys

Anti-government folk are part of the "Bad guys" now.

When Did Peaceful Protests Become 'Anti-Government Rallies'?
http://www.alt-market.com/articles/1425-when-did-peaceful-protests-become-anti-government-rallies

What really shocked me in this story was the use of "anti-government rally" in place of peaceful protest. Aren't all protests for redress of grievances "anti-government"?

I realized that this was done very deliberately, and not the first time I've seen this subtle tactic used to bastardize the First Amendment right to free speech. In fact, it is now frequently used in place of "demonstrations" or "protests" in news headlines everywhere. Google "anti-government rally" and have fun scrolling.

It seems that when the establishment dislikes the message of a given demonstration they call it an "anti-government rally" ever-so-slightly invoking thoughts of Klan rallies and all the emotional triggers that come with it. Just like how all pro-Second Amendment demonstrations are referred to as "gun rallies".

Compare this rhetoric of the Arab Spring or Uprising, or Occupy Wall Street demonstrations. Anti-government rally was NEVER used by the establishment to describe those protests. So when it is used, its negative connotation is clearly being used for a purpose.

I'm radically opposed to the policy that led to these children being stripped from their parents, which must make me anti-government. I'm disgusted that marijuana, a perfectly safe and helpful plant, remains illegal while alcohol freely flows. Strike two for being anti-government. And I despise that my own government spies on me, suppresses my free speech rights, and lumps me in with violent extremists. Strike three.

Add me to your list. I'll see you at the next rally.

If this family manages to make it out of the country, I will donate a good amount of money to help them rebuild their life.

Pretty sure that would make you a fugitive as well. (Not saying it should... just saying it could)

I was planning on donating the money to the kidnapped, not the kidnapping fugitive. :)

But after considering 'they' could interpret that as aiding the kidnapper (it's really just to help the ones most vulnerable - the kids), I'm not so sure about what to do here.

My logic has a precedent - it's kind of like giving toys and medicine to that kid who was kidnapped by that psycho from a bus a month or so back while the guy was still holed up in that shelter with the kid. But this time it's the guy's own kid and the guy's not apparently a psycho.

My god...I've never heard this before...

Just now, on VHF 16 from USCG...

A UMIB (urgent marine information broadcast) on this...

The boat, the kids, the "charges" and...

"THE SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS!"

They're gonna light these poor bastards up.

The kids too.

How much is enough...?
