Is it May 2011? or May 2012?
These are good solid ideas for May 2011.
I was going to say the same thing.
The delegates are the goal and we have done that very well as it is. We just need to continue with it as we have.
Why fix what isn't broken?
I was thinking more in terms of reinforcing and strengthening it would be a better description. Whats wrong with that?
Nothing, sounds great.
But I hear people wanting to run TV ads and create alternative donation pools. The campaign has already said their emphasis is now on delegates and not the popular vote. TV ads favor the popular vote agenda. The campaign isn't in this any longer to waste resources on that. And the May 17th Money Bomb is going to be contributed to the delegate process. So why detour funds away from the campaign, if the objective of those in this thread, are the same as the goals of the campaign?
I believe they are more a similar yet enhanced parallel to the "official" campaign rather than completely different. although I do agree with you on implementation of monetary resources. Which I highly doubt anything will be deferred before the moneybomb.
For example, the campaign has stated they aren't contesting the Michigan state convention. They will be offering no support to them. We can't afford to send all our money to the campaign and have them skip important states like this. If a grassroots fund was setup, we could offer our support to any state that needs it. I don't believe the campaign is with us on Rule 38, since they don't want trouble in Tampa. So they most likely won't aid any state that will select delegates only for Mitt Romney. They already condemned what we were doing in Idaho and Jesse Benton is using the numbers from AP, ignoring Rule 38. We need to create a fund in order to help out all the remaining states that have yet to select their delegates. It's the only way we can take enough delegates away from Mitt Romney to ensure we force a brokered convention.
Cant we still take over the conventions without a central pool of financial support. Each delegate funds his own efforts as it is.

Can you please be more generous with details -- it's just a very vague suggestion, to me at least.
